A leading architecture and design practice is seeking an experienced Bid & Marketing Coordinator to join its collaborative London team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and creative professional with strong bid writing and marketing experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and coordinating multiple bid submissions including PQQs, EOIs, ITTs and RFPs
  • Producing high-quality bid and marketing materials
  • Maintaining bid content libraries, project sheets and CVs
  • Supporting social media, award submissions and website content
  • Ensuring all documents are brand compliant and delivered to deadline
  • Monitoring new business opportunities and tender portals

About You

  • Previous bid coordination experience within architecture, construction or design
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
  • Proficient in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
