We are working with a highly respected and design-led architecture studio on an urgent requirement for an experienced Architect (preferably at Senior level) to join their London team. This role will suit a technically strong, detail-focused architect with at least 5 years post-qualification experience and a proven track record working from Stage 3/4 onwards, especially on high-end residential or complex façade packages. The position is delivery-focused and requires someone confident managing both drawing production and on-site coordination. Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise between consultants, contractors, and internal teams are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead or support delivery of projects from Stage 3/4 through to construction and completion
  • Coordinate internal design packages and external consultant information
  • Conduct site inspections, attend meetings, and respond to contractor queries
  • Review technical details including bespoke joinery, fit-out elements, and façade systems
  • Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and QA standards
  • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and the wider design team

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience
  • ARB-registered Architect (or international equivalent with strong UK experience)
  • Strong technical background with a focus on high-quality detailing
  • Previous experience on residential interiors and/or complex façades preferred
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Suite desirable
  • Confident communicator with excellent coordination and site-based experience
  • Available to start promptly or at short notice
