About The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a creative and technically strong Interior Designer to take ownership of design concepts, and project delivery. You’ll work within a multidisciplinary team alongside architects and consultants on projects of varying scales and complexity. You’ll contribute to all stages of the design process — from early concept development and spatial planning to detailed design, specification, and construction coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and present creative design concepts and schemes
- Prepare detailed design packages, specifications, and FF&E documentation
- Work collaboratively with architects, consultants, and clients throughout all RIBA stages
- Participate in client meetings and presentations
- Ensure all design work complies with regulations, sustainability standards, and client requirements
- Manage design documentation using Revit and Adobe Creative Suite
- Support junior designers through mentoring and design reviews
About You
- Degree-qualified in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture
- Minimum 4+ years of professional experience within a UK studio environment
- Proven experience in the Large Scale or sports sectors
- Strong Revit skills are essential; Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Excellent communication and coordination ability
- Knowledge of UK Building Regulations and design standards
- Confident managing multiple projects and presenting to clients
- A proactive, collaborative mindset with strong attention to detail
