A leading London architectural practice is seeking experienced Architectural Technologists and Executive Delivery Architects to join their team. You will contribute to the design management and construction documentation of high-rise and large-scale office and residential projects, working collaboratively with design teams and external consultants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed scale drawings and specifications for regulatory approvals.
  • Produce drawings for tender and construction phases.
  • Develop detailed schedules of materials and finishes.
  • Coordinate with primary MEP and Structural Consultants.
  • Client liaison and managing other design team members (for Executive Delivery Architects).
  • Work within Uniclass standards and advanced Revit workflows, including BIM from conceptual massing to construction documents.
  • Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and standards.

Essential Requirements

  • Architectural Technologists: minimum 3 years post-graduate experience; Executive Delivery Architects: extensive experience leading project delivery.
  • Proficiency in mid-to high-rise office and residential buildings.
  • Strong experience with Revit, including construction documentation.
  • Advanced BIM knowledge across project stages.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and technical abilities.
  • Positive, self-motivated attitude, capable of taking responsibility and mentoring others.
