I'm currently working with an award-winning, design-led architecture practice specialising in bespoke high-end private residential projects. They're looking for a Senior Project Architect with 5+ years' UK post-Part 3 experience to lead projects from concept through to completion, working directly with private clients, consultants and contractors.
You'll need:
- Proven high-end residential experience
- Strong design and technical skills
- Experience across all RIBA stages
- Contract administration (JCT) and site experience
- Proficiency in Vectorworks, SketchUp, Enscape & Adobe Creative Suite
- ARB registered (not mandatory)
