BIM Coordinator – 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract

Location: London| Salary: £50-55K

My client is looking for a BIM Coordinator to support a team of three other BIM specialists, troubleshoot model issues, and help project teams across the office maintain smooth, efficient BIM workflows.

What You’ll Do:

• Support project teams with Revit model coordination and troubleshooting
• Assist with clash detection and model management across multiple projects
• Help maintain BIM standards and workflows across the office
• Provide hands-on Revit support and guidance to team members
• Contribute to a collaborative, problem-solving BIM environment

What You’ll Bring:

• Strong Revit skills (families, templates, model management)
• Experience in BIM coordination in architecture or multidisciplinary projects
• Knowledge of clash detection tools such as Navisworks is a plus
• Good communication skills and a collaborative approach
• Practical, problem solving mindset, you enjoy fixing things and helping the team
