BIM Coordinator – 12-Month Fixed Term (Maternity Cover) – London

Salary: £50,000-£55,000

Location: London (office-based, no hybrid)

Contract: 12-month fixed term

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a BIM Coordinator to join a dynamic and collaborative team in a creative architectural practice. This role is ideal for someone personable, proactive, and confident in troubleshooting day-to-day BIM challenges, while supporting smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day BIM coordination across a range of projects.
• Troubleshoot issues as they arise, ensuring minimal disruption to project workflows.
• Collaborate closely with the BIM team and wider project teams to maintain BIM standards and project requirements.
• Assist with model management, clash detection, and coordination across disciplines.
• Support team members with guidance on BIM processes and protocols.
• Contribute to maintaining high standards of project documentation and quality control.

About You:

• Experience in a BIM coordination role within an architectural or design environment.
• Confident with Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM-related software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and able to troubleshoot issues calmly and effectively.
• Personable and able to communicate effectively with colleagues across different teams.
• Able to work fully on-site in London and committed for the 12-month contract.

This is a 12-month maternity cover role within a supportive BIM team of three, offering a competitive salary of £50-55K.
