About the Role
I’m recruiting on behalf of a leading international, award-winning architecture and design studio recognised for delivering complex, high-profile cultural, commercial, mixed-use and large-scale masterplanning projects across the UK, Europe and worldwide. They are seeking a highly skilled 3D Visualiser to join their London studio. You’ll work closely with design teams to support concept development, competition entries, presentations, and project communication using high-quality visual, graphic and digital outputs. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a globally respected, design-led practice with a strong visualisation culture, exceptional resources, and a collaborative open-studio environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality 2D/3D imagery, including stills, animations, and VR/360° content.
- Develop realistic materials, lighting setups and atmospheres to support design intent.
- Build bespoke 3D models, convert architectural data and prepare visualisation-ready files.
- Support architects with imagery during all project stages and competitions.
- Manage multiple visualisation tasks simultaneously from concept through delivery.
- Conduct post-production, colour grading, and final image enhancement.
- Prepare interior and exterior visual compositions, camera setups, and render sequences.
- Support the development of visual standards, 3D libraries, and studio-wide digital assets.
- Collaborate with CAD, graphics, and design teams on presentations and submissions.
- Carry out site photography for CGI and photomontages.
- Explore emerging digital tools, software, real-time engines and AI-based workflows.
About You
- Experience working on large-scale projects (residential, mixed-use, commercial).
- Exceptional eye for detail, colour, lighting, and visual storytelling.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple projects.
- Strong communicator and confident working within an open, collaborative studio environment.
- Curious, proactive and enthusiastic about emerging digital tools and future visualisation tech.
Software Requirements
- Essential: 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, Itoo software, Chaos Vantage
- Advantageous: Unreal Engine, Enscape, Twinmotion, D5, real-time rendering
- Interest in AI tools (e.g., Stable Diffusion, ComfyUI)
