BIM Roles – Manager & Coordinator Opportunities

Locations: London | Sheffield | Manchester

Salary Range: £50,000 – £60,000 depending on role and location

We’re hiring for two top UK architecture practices looking to grow their digital design teams. One role is a BIM Manager with firm-wide responsibility, and the other a BIM Coordinator embedded within a project team. Both studios work on large-scale, technically complex projects across sectors like residential, healthcare, commercial, infrastructure, and hospitality.

Current Openings

BIM Manager – Up to ~£60,000 (DOE)

📍 Location: Flexible (London, Manchester, Sheffield)

🏠 Hybrid: 2 days WFH per week

  • Lead BIM strategy across multiple offices
  • Oversee implementation, standards, training, and technical support
  • Work on complex UK projects with coordination responsibilities

BIM Coordinator – ~£50,000

📍 Location: London

🏠 Hybrid: 1 day WFH per week

  • Support project teams on BIM delivery
  • Coordinate models, run clash detection, and manage documentation
  • Ensure Revit model accuracy and data consistency
  • Deliver training and maintain quality standards

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven BIM experience (Coordinator or Manager level)
  • Strong Revit skills essential, Navisworks and BIM 360 and related tools
  • Strong knowledge of architectural workflows and construction documentation
  • Good understanding of UK BIM standards (ISO 19650 preferred)
  • Strong communicator with excellent coordination ability
  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • (Manager role) – Experience leading digital strategy preferred
