The Role: BIM Coordinator / Revit Specialist
We’re looking for a BIM Coordinator/Revit Specialist with strong Revit expertise and a collaborative, solution-focused approach. You’ll work within a BIM team of 3 to support project teams, ensure BIM standards are met, and help develop best practices across the studio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support project teams through the full BIM process
- Guide designers in creating Revit models and ensure compliance with practice standards
- Troubleshoot day-to-day BIM issues and assist wider teams when needed
- Lead teams through 3D coordination, analysis, interoperability and other BIM workflows
- Contribute to ongoing development of BIM standards and workflows
About You:
- Architectural background with experience delivering large BIM projects
- Strong Revit skills and passion for applying technology in design
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-driven
- Excellent communicator with the ability to influence and support teams
- Able to manage time effectively, prioritise tasks, and work independently
- Previous experience in an architectural practice is essential
