A leading architecture and design practice is seeking an experienced Bid & Marketing Coordinator to join its collaborative London team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and creative professional with strong bid writing and marketing experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and coordinating multiple bid submissions including PQQs, EOIs, ITTs and RFPs
- Producing high-quality bid and marketing materials
- Maintaining bid content libraries, project sheets and CVs
- Supporting social media, award submissions and website content
- Ensuring all documents are brand compliant and delivered to deadline
- Monitoring new business opportunities and tender portals
About You
- Previous bid coordination experience within architecture, construction or design
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
- Proficient in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
- A proactive team player with previous experience at architecture practice, interiors studio or a keen interest in the creative sector would be advantageous.
