Architect Opportunity – Office Buildings (London, UK) We are recruiting on behalf of an international architectural practice seeking talented Architects with experience in mid to high-rise office buildings and advanced Revit skills to join their London team. Role Overview The successful candidates will be integral members of the architectural team, delivering construction documents and managing the design process for large-scale office projects. Key Responsibilities * Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and schedules for regulatory approvals, tender, and construction. * Coordinate with primary MEP and structural consultants. * Engage in client liaison and manage other design team members. * Ensure compliance with building regulations and standards. * Produce construction/working drawings using advanced Revit. * Utilize BIM for projects ranging from conceptual massing to detailed construction documents. Essential Requirements * Minimum 3 years of post-graduate experience within office projects. * Advanced proficiency in Revit and BIM processes. * Strong technical abilities, including producing accurate construction drawings and schedules. * Experience coordinating with MEP and structural consultants. * Knowledge of UK building regulations and standards. * Clear, strong communication skills and attention to detail. * Ability to manage design team members and work collaboratively within a team.
