We're working with a growing care provider that's preparing to open a brand-new residential service in Wolverhampton, supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs. They're looking for an experienced and passionate Registered Manager who wants more than simply overseeing the day-to-day running of a service. You'll have the freedom to lead the service in your own way, with the backing of an experienced leadership team. You'll have time to complete training, understand the organisation's systems, get to know the wider team and build relationships with the people who'll be supporting you. The aim is to make sure you're confident, prepared and properly supported before the service welcomes its first residents. Build and develop your own team You'll play a key role in recruiting the right people, developing their skills and creating a team culture built around person-centred care, consistency and positive outcomes. Be part of a growing organisation The provider is continuing to develop new services, creating opportunities for managers who want to grow professionally and play a bigger part in the organisation's future.
