Ignis Care Solutions is recruiting a Registered Manager to lead a new children’s home in Sunderland for up to two children with autism and learning disabilities.
You will drive the Ofsted registration journey and shape the home’s culture, building a specialist team focused on safety and long-term outcomes.
You will be responsible for safeguarding, governance and personalised care plans, embedding trauma-informed practice and reducing restrictive intervention wherever possible.
