Your Role

Lead from the floor. You’ll ensure exceptional governance and care standards while mentoring a committed team. Expect autonomy, visibility, and the backing to deliver Outstanding outcomes.

You’ll Need

• Experience managing Learning Disabilities / Autism / Mental Health services
• Strong understanding of CQC frameworks and quality governance
• Have a minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care support and training towards Level 4 and 5 is available.
• A leadership style that is visible, supportive and person centred
