We are expanding our team with a cross‑department administrator. This is an entry‑level vacancy with opportunities for progression. At the heart of our success is a supportive and collaborative team that loves to be the best. Combining expertise in marketing and life sciences, we provide exceptional customer service and deliver quality, timely outputs. As an agency administrator you will join a small team that enjoys full autonomy and yet works on internationally significant projects. You will support a range of cross‑departmental administrative activities and outputs, with appropriate training.
Responsibilities
- Proofreading and grammatical checks at key stages of material development, linking to content, design and account management teams.
- Financial admin support – creation of reports, data entry, assisting with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions and other administrative duties.
- Document upload and anchoring – working within clients’ portals, uploading materials for regulatory review and linking content to existing references to support the approval process.
- Ad‑hoc/seasonal support within our warehouse pick‑and‑pack facility.
- Other ad‑hoc administrative duties to support our teams as needed.
Qualifications
- Education to graduate/degree standard.
- Excellent time‑management skills, attention to detail for proofing, and appreciation of deadlines.
- A positive, pro‑active attitude and ability to work well as part of a growing team.
- High standard of oral and written English and excellent communication skills.
- Good mathematical knowledge.
- Computer literacy with main MS Office software.
Desirable Experience and Qualifications
- Education to graduate/degree standard in a related discipline.
- Healthcare/life sciences knowledge and experience.
- Experience in proofreading or financial administration.
