IGNIFI is a creative, digital and design marketing agency that sparks and sustains successful brands for high-profile clients in human and animal health and we’re looking to expand our Client Services Team with an ambitious and motivated Medical Account Executive.

The Role

As a Medical Account Executive, you will report into our Account Director and join a team small enough to take full autonomy, yet large enough to work on internationally significant projects.

Responsibilities

  • Developing a deep understanding of client data, products and therapy areas, converting/adapting into key messages and insightful, accurate marketing/medical copy which resonates with a range of audiences (healthcare professionals and consumer) as part of a wider team
  • Help to progress projects to ensure deadlines are met within budget, supporting team in the achievement of departmental objectives
  • Developing effective liaison skills with clients, internal personnel & third parties
  • Input into the development of accurate cost estimates, creative briefs, managing rounds of feedback/amendments, proof reading, liaising with production/design personnel and suppliers
  • Following training, establish good base knowledge of all services offered by IGNIFI

What are we looking for?

The successful candidate will have the following relevant experience:

  • Education to degree standard in a medical/life sciences discipline
  • Minimum 1 year\’s experience working in a related field (customer service, marketing, health sector)
  • Excellent organisation skills, attention to detail for proofing, deadlines and estimating is also required
  • A positive, pro-active attitude and ability to work well as part of a growing team
  • High standard of oral and written English and excellent communication skills
  • Computer literacy with main MS Office software

Desirable experience and qualifications

  • An awareness and aptitude for marketing
  • Digital savvy (e.g. websites, email, social, video, animation)
