Are you an organised, friendly, and professional individual with a passion for hospitality? HUMO Mayfair, a fine dining restaurant in the heart of London, is looking for a Full-Time Waiter to deliver exceptional guest experiences and uphold our signature standard of service.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven Experience: You have previous experience as a waiter in a fine dining or high-end restaurant, with a deep understanding of refined service standards and guest care.
- Warm & Professional Demeanour: You create a memorable dining experience through attentive, genuine, and polished service — anticipating guest needs and ensuring every interaction reflects HUMO’s hospitality values.
- Attention to Detail: You take pride in precision, from presenting dishes and maintaining table settings to communicating effectively with the floor and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service.
- Excellent Communication: You’re articulate and confident, able to engage naturally with guests while staying calm and composed under pressure.
- Team Player: You collaborate closely with your colleagues, supporting one another to deliver smooth, efficient, and exceptional service throughout each shift.
- Right to Work: You must have the legal right to work in the UK without corporate sponsorship.
