Position Available: Full-Time Head Waiter/Waitress
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Waiter/Waitress to lead service on the floor, ensuring every guest receives an exceptional and memorable dining experience.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven Experience – Previous experience as a Head Waiter/Waitress in a fine dining or high-end restaurant, with a strong understanding of elevated service standards
- Warm & Professional Demeanour – Ability to create genuine, memorable guest interactions while maintaining a polished and confident presence
- Attention to Detail – Precision in service, from table presentation to coordination with kitchen and floor teams
- Excellent Communication – Clear, confident, and composed communication, even in high-pressure service environments
- Leadership & Team Spirit – A natural leader who supports, guides, and motivates the team to deliver seamless service
- Passion for Hospitality – A genuine commitment to delivering excellence and continuously improving the guest experience
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a section, ensuring smooth, attentive, and refined service throughout
- Deliver a seamless guest journey from arrival to departure
- Maintain exceptional knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and concept
- Coordinate closely with kitchen and floor teams to ensure timing and quality
- Support and mentor junior team members, fostering development and consistency
- Uphold IGNI’s service standards and contribute to a positive, high-performing team environment
