Key Responsibilities
- Run and maintain your section during preparation and service with consistency and precision
- Ensure dishes are executed to IGNI’s standards at all times
- Support senior chefs in maintaining smooth kitchen operations and service flow
- Maintain exceptional standards of hygiene, organisation, and food safety
- Assist with stock rotation, mise en place, and daily kitchen preparation
- Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen and front-of-house teams
- Contribute positively to the culture and development of the kitchen brigade
- Support and mentor junior chefs where needed
