Igne is seeking an Internal Recruiter to support our growing organisation from the Ross-on-Wye office. This role suits an experienced recruiter with a background in in-house or agency environments and offers a hybrid pattern with part-time hours considered.
You will manage end-to-end recruitment, draft adverts aligned with Igne branding, screen CVs, conduct interviews via Teams, coordinate with hiring managers, and handle offer negotiations while building strong stakeholder relationships.
