Igne is seeking a Regional QHSE Manager to join our team based in Hamilton, Glasgow. This is a hands-on role working closely with operational teams to drive best practice and continuous improvement across the business. The role is full-time and requires travel across Scotland. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, integrate, coordinate, and maintain the IMS system and procedures relevant to the latest ISO standards and to meet industry specific accreditations.
  • Ensure the effectiveness of QHSE processes and procedures in line with company policy and industry guidance.
  • Manage the preparation and completion of internal and external site health, safety and Quality audits.
  • Support local site activities in line with client specific requirements and project scope.
  • Attend and participate in appropriate Health and Safety review meetings and provide briefings to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, including the implications for the business and proposed actions.
  • Collation, monitoring, analysis and summary reporting of group near misses, accidents and RIDDOR incidents.

Person Specification:

  • Technical membership of IOSH (Tech IOSH) or equivalent.
  • ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 Systems Internal auditor.
  • NEBOSH General Certificate as a minimum.
  • A Full UK driving license.
  • Experience of the Construction Industry.
  • The ability to understand and analyse complex information and present it simply and accurately.
