Igne are seeking a UXO/EOD Engineer to join the team based in Gillingham, Kent. The Engineer will conduct unexploded ordnance magnetometry surveys for a variety of projects, including construction, infrastructure, and land development. This is a full-time role, with travel across the UK as required. Ideally, you will be based in the South of England.

Key Responsibilities:- You will support the safe and effective delivery of UXO risk mitigation works on a wide range of construction and infrastructure projects.
- Application of UXO mitigation and support works.
- Application of UXO risk reduction techniques (where qualified).
- Preparation of RAMS, task briefings and site documentation.
- Liaison with clients, contractors and project teams.
- Mentoring and supporting junior team members.
- Recognised EOD / Search qualification (military or civilian equivalent).
- Experience on UK UXO projects.
- Strong understanding of HSE guidance and industry best practice.
- CSCS card (or ability to obtain one).
- Full UK Driving License.
- Strong communication and safety-first mindset.
- Commensurate with experience.
- 33 days inclusive of bank holidays.
