The predicted salary is between 38000 - 42000 £ per year.

You will manage small to medium-sized projects from initial enquiry through to completion, across borehole drilling, pumps and water system servicing, working closely with clients and operational teams to ensure successful delivery. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage projects from quotation to completion, ensuring all client requirements are met
  • Conduct site visits with both corporate and domestic clients
  • Programme and coordinate works effectively
  • Liaise with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
  • Ensure adequate resources (rigs, engineers, technicians) are available to meet demand
  • Oversee fieldwork delivery and maintain commercial and technical records
  • Manage project finances, including accurate measurement and timely invoicing
  • Produce and brief health and safety documentation (RAMS, H&S plans)
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience in project management within drilling, water systems, or similar environments
  • Strong understanding of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) – Essential
  • Experience or knowledge of drilling methodologies and borehole pumps – Desirable
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and stay calm under pressure
  • Relevant industry experience (both field and office preferred)
  • Full valid UK driving licence
