If you enjoy variety, responsibility and working in a growing organisation where your voice is genuinely heard, we’d love to meet you.
As an HR Advisor at Igne, you’ll:
- Partner with managers to support sound, commercially minded people decisions, coaching where appropriate and confidently pushing back or escalating when needed
- Provide end‐to‐end support on employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, capability and absence management
- Help managers understand and apply HR policies, procedures and employment legislation so they can lead their teams with confidence
- Manage and maintain our HR systems, using data and key metrics to identify trends and improve processes
- Support recruitment activity to help secure the right talent
- Contribute to wider HR projects and initiatives that support Igne’s growth and people strategy
We’re looking for someone who is practical, approachable and confident in their judgement, with:
- Experience as an HR Advisor or in a similar generalist HR role, including hands‐on ER casework
- A solid working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
- Strong communication skills, including clear and professional letter writing
- Commercial awareness and the confidence to challenge constructively
- The ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‐paced, growing environment
- A full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel nationally when required
- CIPD qualification (or working towards)
In return, we offer a supportive and wellbeing‐focused benefits package, designed to help you feel your best at work and beyond:
- Salary of £30,000 – £35,000, depending on experience
- Hybrid working, supporting flexibility and work‐life balance
- 33 days’ holiday, including bank holidays, to rest and recharge
- Ongoing training and development to support your personal and professional growth
- A range of flexible benefits, allowing you to choose what matters most to you
- Salary sacrifice schemes including car leasing, cycle‐to‐work, home and tech
- Enhanced maternity and paternity policies, supporting you and your family when it matters most
- A medical cashback plan to support everyday health and wellbeing costs
- Death in service cover for added peace of mind
