Igne is seeking a Senior Utility Surveyor to join the team in Warrington. Are you an experienced Utility Surveyor seeking a role where you can work independently and play a key part in shaping the future of a busy Surveys Department? We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Utility Surveyor to plan and undertake utility and clearance surveys throughout the UK. A full UK driving licence and willingness to work away from home are essential. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and undertake PAS128 Utility and Clearance Surveys across the UK independently
- Manage site works, including health and safety, and produce risk assessments and method statements (RAMS)
- Liaise with the Principal Surveyor and Project Managers to ensure smooth progression of site activities
- Produce daily site record sheets and ensure all data is securely backed up at the end of each shift
- Conduct site audits and quality checks to maintain high standards
- Keep up to date with the latest equipment and techniques, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in Utility Surveying
- Full valid UK driving licence
- CSCS card holder
- QCF Level 3 or above
- Experienced in using EML, GPR, Total Station, and GPS equipment
- Proficient in AutoCAD, N4ce, MBS, and other relevant desktop data packages
