Join Igne Group and help shape a growing centralised Finance function. We're looking for an experienced Accounts Supervisor to lead our transactional finance activities and support the development of a high-performing Accounts Payable and Banking team. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional looking to take the next step in their career within a dynamic and ambitious organisation.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the Accounts Payable and Banking team
  • Oversee day-to-day transactional finance activities
  • Ensure accurate processing of payments, invoicing, receipts and banking transactions
  • Manage reconciliations, controls and compliance processes
  • Produce KPI reporting and support month-end activities
  • Drive process improvements and finance transformation initiatives

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in a finance supervisory role
  • Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Credit Control and Banking
  • Advanced Excel and ERP systems experience
  • Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive, detail-oriented and solutions focused approach
  • AAT qualification and construction/engineering sector experience desirable
