Are you an experienced Project Manager or Senior Engineer with strong Ground Investigation experience looking for a new challenge? We are seeking an Estimator to join our GI England division, based from Warrington and covering the North West region. This is a full-time position and will involve some travel. A full UK driving licence is essential for this role.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong technical background in ground investigation who is looking to apply their expertise within a commercial and estimating capacity. The Estimator will be part of a collaborative and experienced team, playing a key role in reviewing tender opportunities, preparing competitive estimates, and supporting the continued growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Identifying contractual risk at Tender stage
- Attending Tender site walkovers
- Writing claims and giving contractual advice to engineering department
- Dealing with all aspects of small to mid-sized Tenders independently at the discretion of the Commercial Director
- Attending Contractual meetings

- Quantity Surveying or Geoscience degree
- Strong numerical, analytical and IT Skills
- Accurate preparation and processing of contracts within the geotechnical engineering and drilling company
- Full UK driving licence
