We're seeking a motivated Regional QHSE Coordinator to join our growing QHSE team. This developmental role offers clear progression to Regional QHSE Manager and provides hands-on experience in Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support QHSE compliance across operational business units
  • Assist with Integrated Management System (IMS) development and ISO alignment
  • Support internal/external audits and corrective action tracking
  • Monitor QHSE performance, KPIs, and incident reporting
  • Attend site visits and audits for practical experience

Requirements:

  • NEBOSH General Certificate (minimum)
  • Technical IOSH membership or working towards
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail
  • Influencing and negotiation skills
