Join Our Team: Business Development Coordinator
Location: Ross-on-Wye or Gillingham | Flexible Working | Full-time | UK Travel Required
As part of the Igne Business Development team, you’ll play a key role in managing and collecting data that supports business growth, maintaining our CRM system, tracking bid performance and help us improve how we respond to opportunities.You’ll also support our attendance at 12–18 exhibitions and events each year, strengthening our presence across the UK pre-construction sector.
We are Igne Group Limited, a synergetic amalgamation of six companies, renowned within our respective fields, with over 350 years of combined experience. A one-stop-shop for pre- and post-construction services.Igne’s six service categories are: Ground Investigation, Survey, Materials Testing, Specialist Drilling, Unexploded Ordnance, and Geo-environmental.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing and maintain our library of case studies, bid responses and project photos
- Assist in the management of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database
- Plan, prepare and assist in the running of approx. 12-18 events per year – UK Wide
- Proactively seek opportunities to raise Igne’s profile through events, conferences, and industry publications
- Championing the core values in all activities and interactions
- Managing information and completing supplier qualifications
Person Specification
- Full UK driving licence
- Flexibility to travel UK wide for events (including some weekends)
- Ability to undertake manual handling tasks related to event setup and breakdown
- Detail-oriented with a structured approach to resolving data issues
- Proficient user of basic Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Team player
