Igne is recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join our accounts team based in Ross‑On‑Wye.
This entry‑level position is ideal for individuals looking to begin or develop their career in finance.
Full training and AAT study support are provided.
As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the Accounts Supervisor and Group Finance Manager across sales and purchase ledger activities, ensuring the smooth financial operation of the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Evision processing — Raising and processing Contract Sales Orders, Applications for Payment, Contract Sales Invoices, Purchase Orders, etc.
- Customer & Vendor Setup — Creating new accounts in the finance system
- Bank reconciliations
- Credit card expense processing
- Preparing and issuing statements
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Responding promptly to time‑critical emails from clients and colleagues
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies
