We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Field Technicians to join our expanding Construction Materials Testing Division in our Bristol location.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with proven experience in construction materials testing who are looking to develop their careers within a supportive and forward‑thinking organisation.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site sampling and testing of construction materials, including soils, aggregates, concrete, and asphalt
- Prepare and maintain vehicles, tools, and testing equipment before and after site visits
- Accurately complete test sheets and input data using tablets or digital systems
- Liaise with senior staff regarding work schedules, sample requirements, and testing procedures
- Follow all quality control and health & safety procedures on site
- Contribute to continuous improvement and uphold company standards at all times
Person Specification
- Proven field-based experience in construction materials testing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and well organised
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full, clean UK driving licence
- Ability to manually handle samples (up to 20kg)
Desirable
- Experience in a UKAS-accredited testing environment
- Knowledge of relevant testing standards and procedures
- CSCS card
