We are working with a growing organisation looking to appoint an experienced HR Business Partner to support leaders and drive people initiatives across the business. This is a broad generalist role, combining strategic business partnering with hands-on HR support. You'll work closely with managers on employee relations, talent development, performance management, engagement and organisational change, helping to build a high-performing and positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with managers and senior leaders on all people-related matters.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management and employment law.
- Support recruitment, onboarding and talent development initiatives.
- Drive employee engagement and culture programmes.
- Analyse HR data and provide insights to support business decisions.
- Review and improve HR policies, processes and best practice.
- Support organisational change and business growth initiatives.
About You
- Proven experience as a HR Business Partner, HR Manager or Senior HR Advisor.
- Strong generalist HR background across the full employee lifecycle.
- Experienced in managing complex employee relations cases.
- Strong understanding of UK employment law.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- CIPD qualified or equivalent experience.
