We are working with a growing organisation looking to appoint an experienced HR Business Partner to support leaders and drive people initiatives across the business. This is a broad generalist role, combining strategic business partnering with hands-on HR support. You'll work closely with managers on employee relations, talent development, performance management, engagement and organisational change, helping to build a high-performing and positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with managers and senior leaders on all people-related matters.
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management and employment law.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding and talent development initiatives.
  • Drive employee engagement and culture programmes.
  • Analyse HR data and provide insights to support business decisions.
  • Review and improve HR policies, processes and best practice.
  • Support organisational change and business growth initiatives.

About You

  • Proven experience as a HR Business Partner, HR Manager or Senior HR Advisor.
  • Strong generalist HR background across the full employee lifecycle.
  • Experienced in managing complex employee relations cases.
  • Strong understanding of UK employment law.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • CIPD qualified or equivalent experience.
