A Private Equity backed Technical Services group have a newly created role, Head of Financial Planning & Analysis based in London. The business is circa £100m Revenue looking to double revenues in the coming 3 years with acquisitions and organic growth, both closely linked to the Ho FP&A remit.
The Role:
- Own Group budgeting, reforecasting and long term planning cycles.
- Partner closely with CFO and COO on commercial initiatives.
- Develop dashboards, performance reporting and board-level insight packs.
- Support commercial teams on contract negotiations.
- Lead DD on acquisitions and develop integration strategy.
- Partner CFO on business readiness through investment cycle for exit.
Profile:
- Top 10 trained.
- Partnered commercial teams on negotiations and contracts.
- Strong understanding of FP&A function (owned metrics and reporting).
