We are currently partnered with a global retail business to recruit their Commercial Finance Manager. The business is in a hugely exciting period of growth with ongoing expansion into new international markets, across multiple channels. We are looking for someone proactive and highly motivated to business partner cross functionally with senior stakeholders. It's a dynamic, high capability team strongly motivated by working in a people first organisation. The role is hybrid, 2 days per week in the office, 3 from home. HQ in London.
About the Role
- Business partner with key stakeholders across the business to provide clear, actionable financial insight to senior leadership.
- Forecasting and budgeting, ensuring assumptions are robust and well‑challenged.
- Contributing to business cases and scenario modelling to support new initiatives, operational improvements and future planning.
- Reporting on key KPI’s that translate financial data into meaningful insight for non‑finance colleagues.
- Full ownership of the Online and Distribution P&L, including month‑end process.
About You
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified.
- 2 plus years of relevant industry experience. Retail/FMCG - essential.
- Highly analytical with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and translate insight into clear actions.
- Excellent business partnering skills.
- Proactive and results driven with the ability to challenge and influence.
- A collaborative mindset, with a willingness to get involved, learn and adapt as the business evolves.
Working Pattern
Hybrid: 2 days per week in the London Office, 3 from home.
Salary: circa £80k plus benefits (depending on experience)
