We are currently partnered with a high growth brand in luxury retail to recruit an Inventory Controller. With exceptional growth and international expansion, this is a newly created role operating across all global channels. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be joining a dynamic and high energy team, passionate about the growth of the business. HQ is based in Central London with a hybrid working pattern 3 days from the office, 2 days from home.

About the Role

  • Act as the key contact for inventory accuracy, providing guidance and support to resolve discrepancies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support audits, reconciliations, and process improvements.
  • Collaborate closely on new store openings, ensuring inventory processes are established and maintained effectively.
  • Review and analyse daily store cycle counts using RFID, identifying and resolving discrepancies in collaboration with store teams.
  • Partner with RFID partners to scope, test, and deliver new RFID use cases.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records in NetSuite, ensuring all transactions, transfers, and adjustments are processed correctly.

About You

  • Practical experience with RFID systems.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in retail inventory control.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple regions.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.

Working Pattern: Hybrid, 3 days per week in the London Office with occasional travel.
