Overview A Private Equity backed professional services firm have recently taken on secondary investment and are now looking to grow the business internationally, current GFC is bring promoted and looking to bring in a new GFC based in London.
Responsibilities Lead the production of consolidated monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for the Group, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards (FSR 102).
Prepare and present detailed management accounts and monthly board reporting packs.
Take ownership of all Group tax compliance and filings, liaising with external tax advisors as needed.
