We are working with an industry leading global SaaS business on an exponential growth trajectory. Current revenues of circa £40m represent 30% YoY growth with a transformative bottom line and runway to continue to accelerate. We are looking for an experienced Head of Finance who can build & shape finance into a world-class business partnering function. The role reports to the Group CFO.
About the Role:
- Ownership of finance operations and control, including management of internal and external reporting processes, statutory accounting, and a multi-currency, multi-jurisdiction consolidation.
- Manage the audit process across UK and international subsidiaries, including all compliance and tax matters.
- Responsibility for group cash planning and 13 week cashflow forecast.
- Managing bank relationships and improving treasury processes.
- Management of global payroll activities, solid understanding of payroll processing and monthly and annual payroll processes.
- Commission reporting.
- Lead a small team of 4, providing ongoing training, coaching and future career development whilst effectively managing information upwards to the Executive team.
- Drive improvements in financial systems, processes, and controls.
About You:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with significant post-qualification experience.
- Proven track record in group financial control and leadership.
- Strong technical accounting knowledge and experience with multi-entity, multi-currency consolidations or international group structures.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
