We are currently seeking to expand our Ski Sales team, as the next ski season is fast approaching.

The successful candidate will ensure that our high levels of customer service are maintained. They will handle calls and emails from customers and guide them through the booking process, offer expert advice based on personal skiing experience, and ensure every customer feels supported and excited about their trip. Previous experience in travel sales and a good knowledge of the Ski travel industry is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exceed KPIs and targets – Daily, weekly and monthly.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in line with business targets.
  • Proactively chase sales leads ensuring contact is maintained with all customers.
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails and live chats.
  • Support team members and ensure you are a team player.
  • Take ownership and responsibility for problem solving and query resolution.
  • Maximising upselling and margin opportunities.
  • Share your ski passion and love of the mountains with our customers.
  • Process bookings and manage customer details with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Stay up to date on resort news, snow conditions, travel regulations, and the latest offers.
  • Work closely with operations and customer care teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.

Skills and Experience:

  • Must have skiing or snowboarding experience – personal knowledge of ski resorts and mountain culture is essential.
  • A genuine passion for winter sports and travel.
  • Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable manner.
  • Proven customer service or sales experience (travel industry experience preferred).
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Organised, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks.
  • Must have a proactive & positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, email, Google Docs, and booking platforms (training provided).
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English.
  • Knowledge of the ski holidays and resorts we feature.
  • A willingness to develop knowledge and skills.
