Working on the behalf of one of the leading automotive companies in the UK, successful candidates will be painting a range of vehicles in a busy and fast paced bodyshop.
The Role:
Within the Paint Sprayer role, you will be responsible for the below tasks:
- Mixing and colour matching paints.
- Painting vehicles and panels to a high standard every time.
- You could be completing full resprays through to painting a single panel such as a bumper.
- You will be responsible for the daily checks and running of the spray booth.
- Ensuring that all vehicles have been correctly masked and prepped up prior to going into the paint booth.
- Undertaking any final prep work to the vehicle once in the booth if required.
The Person:
- Previous experience of working within an automotive bodyshop is essential for this role.
- You will need to be able to able to demonstrate your knowledge and experience of working within a vehicle paint spraying role.
- Must have your own air-fed mask and spray guns.
- You will need to have excellent attention to detail.
- You must be able to work under own initiative as well as being a team player.
- Be happy working in a fast paced, busy workshop.
- Hold a full category B driving licence with a maximum of 6 points for minor offences.
