We are currently recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Paint Sprayer to join our client’s bodyshop in Blackbushe. This is a great opportunity to join a busy and professional environment where high standards and teamwork are valued.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare vehicles for paintwork, including masking and prepping as required
- Carry out spray painting using water-based paints
- Check paint colour accuracy and prepare spray-out cards to ensure a perfect match
- Clean and maintain equipment and work area to ensure optimal performance
- Support other departments in the bodyshop when required
Skills and Experience Required:
- Previous experience in a similar role as a Bodyshop Technician / Paint Sprayer (essential)
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
- Ability to work independently and make decisions where necessary
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
- Willingness to support junior technicians and share expertise
- A passion for the motor industry and pride in producing quality results
