Vehicle Inspectors Location: Portbury Shift Pattern: 8–10 hour shifts, daylight dependent Pay Rate: £12.05 p/h PAYE, £13.97 p/h Umbrella + achievable weekly bonus. Igloo is delighted to be recruiting Vehicle Inspectors to work on a brand-new contract, this role will be based across two sites in Portbury. Successful candidates will be responsible for inspecting vehicles prior to them being handed over transport companies/carriers, ensuring that the service is nothing short of exceptional every time. The Role: As a vehicle inspector, you will be undertaking the below tasks: * Outbound vehicle inspections. * Accurately record damage via handheld technology and software to ensure all damage is captured and photos are taken to evidence the damage and the location of the vehicle. * Ensure exit documentation is completed by the authorised personnel onsite where damage or issues are found with vehicles prior to the load leaving. * Ensure correct procedures are adopted following company inspection guidelines and processes. * Confident and able to work as part of a team as well as alone.
