We’re looking for an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) to join our leading automotive client near Newark. With a strong presence across the UK and ongoing expansion, this is an exciting opportunity to become part of a leading business in the automotive industry that is investing in its people and setting new standards in the industry.

The Role:

  • Accurately assess vehicle damage across a wide range of vehicles.
  • Calculate labour, parts, and time needed for repairs.
  • Communicate with insurance engineers regarding repair work.
  • Create job cards and coordinate with workshop teams to ensure smooth repair processes.
  • Provide regular updates and excellent service to customers.
  • Ensure all assessments and documentation meetBSI PAS 10125 standards.

The Person:

  • A minimum of3 years\’ experiencein estimating and vehicle damage assessment.
  • ATA Accreditation or Equivalent required.
  • Proven experience in a busy body shop environment.
  • Confident and proficient in usingAudatexandAutoFlow
  • Strong planning and time management skills to meet customer deadlines.
  • A commitment to high-quality work and customer satisfaction.
