We are currently recruiting for a Customer Transport Coordinator to join a busy automotive logistics operation in Sheerness. This is a great opportunity for an organised and customer-focused individual to become part of a fast-paced transport environment, supporting the smooth day-to-day running of operations.
The Role:
- Processing transport-related information and updates using internal systems.
- Supporting the coordination of vehicle movements and transport operations.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring information is processed correctly.
- Communicating with customers, drivers and colleagues to provide updates and resolve queries.
- Supporting the wider team to ensure transport processes run smoothly and efficiently.
- Working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
What We're Looking For:
- Have excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Be confident using computer systems and processing information accurately.
- Have good verbal and written communication skills.
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Have previous transport, logistics or customer service experience (desirable).
- Be reliable, adaptable and able to work effectively as part of a team.
