Location: Ryton on Dunsmore, Warwickshire

Shift: Monday-Friday, Night Shifts (Start times between 19:00-21:00)

Pay Rate: £21.50 per hour

Overtime Rate: £26.50 per hour (after 10 hours)

Contract: Full-Time, Ongoing Work

We are currently recruiting for HGV Class 1 Drivers to join a busy automotive logistics operation based in Ryton on Dunsmore. This is an excellent opportunity for professional drivers looking for consistent night work with a leading automotive logistics business.

The role involves timed deliveries and collections of automotive parts, ensuring production lines remain fully supplied while maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism.

The Role:

  • Delivering and collecting automotive parts to support production lines
  • Completing timed deliveries, ensuring excellent punctuality and reliability
  • Operating curtain-side trailers, including opening and closing curtains when required
  • Completing all deliveries safely and in line with company procedures
  • Carrying out vehicle checks and reporting any defects
  • Completing all relevant delivery paperwork accurately
  • Representing the company professionally at customer sites

The Person:

  • Full UK Class 1 (Category C+E) licence held for a minimum of 2 years
  • Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
  • No more than 6 points for minor driving offences
  • Previous Class 1 driving experience
  • Reliable with excellent time management skills
  • Good communication skills and a professional approach to work
  • Comfortable working night shifts
