Road Tester Location: Chipping Warden, Northamptonshire Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off, 6am-6pm Pay Rate: £16.59 p/h (£34,818 per annum) Employment Type: Long-term, Ongoing work We are looking for Road Testers to join our client’s team in Chipping Warden, Northamptonshire. This is an excellent opportunity for the successful candidates to secure long-term positions with one of the UK’s leading automotive companies. The Role: * Performing oil changes. * Checking and topping up fluids as necessary. * Inspecting keys, tyres, wipers, interior, and exterior lights. * Conducting under bonnet visual checks. * Verifying wheel nuts. * Conducting a 10/15-minute road test on public roads. The Person: * Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points for minor offences and at least 2 years of driving experience. * At least 25 years of age (this is for insurance purposes). * Previous experience working within a similar role. * Ideally have a Level 2 Vehicle Technician qualification or have experience as a Service Technician. * Reliable and able to work under pressure. * Able to carry out the work to a high standard. * Must be able to work under own initiative as well as being a team player.
