Our client, a leading family-owned automotive maintenance and repair business, is known for its exceptional service across the south of England. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring top-notch repairs by precisely stripping and refitting vehicle parts, while adhering to high standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities: * Accurately strip and refit vehicle parts as required for repairs. * Review and follow job cards with precision, ensuring all repairs are completed to a high standard. * Report any additional parts needed to the Workshop Controller/Estimator. * Complete check sheets at each repair stage to maintain clear documentation. * Set up and use welding and extraction equipment safely. * Align panels accurately for seamless repairs and apply fillers correctly. * Refer to the operations manual for guidance on repair systems and filler application. * Maintain a clean and organized work area, promptly reporting any equipment faults. * Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency. * Address and report any issues to the Workshop Controller pro…
