Igloo is recruiting an experienced and commercially driven General Manager to lead a multi-site automotive operation across Oxfordshire and Northamptonshire. This is a senior leadership role, responsible for driving operational performance, commercial growth, and long-term strategic development across two established sites. This position would suit a proven senior operator with strong automotive, fleet, or mobility experience, who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and is confident leading large operational teams.
