We are looking for experienced Wheel Technicians to join our client’s team in Long Bennington. This role provides the successful candidate with the chance to work for one of the UK's leading automotive companies with a nationwide presence.

The Role:

  • Preparing wheels for painting or lacquering, protecting tyres as needed.
  • Using shot-blasters and orbital sanders to prep and repair wheels.
  • Removing chips and scuffs from alloy wheels to a high standard.
  • Balancing wheels before refitting them to vehicles.
  • Torquing wheel nuts to correct specifications.
  • Moving vehicles to the next stage in the process as required.
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment.

The Person:

  • Previous experience in a similar wheel technician or refurbishment role.
  • Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points for minor offences.
  • Good attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude.
