We are recruiting experienced MOT Testers on behalf of our client, a leading automotive service centre in Long Bennington. This role involves carrying out MOT tests, servicing, and repairs on a range of manufacturer vehicles to a high standard. Candidates must have multi-brand vehicle experience and a strong understanding of manufacturer repair guidelines.
Objectives for Role:
- Carry out general servicing of vehicles and repairs.
- Ability to understand and follow advised customers repair standards.
- Ability to problem solve and diagnose basic mechanical and electrical issues.
- You will conduct MOT tests, perform general mechanical repairs, and service a variety of vehicles.
Experience & Qualifications:
- You will need to be qualified Vehicle Technician - City and Guilds, NVQ or IMI qualified to Level 3.
- Class 4 MOT Licence.
- Successfully completed the MOT demonstration test in line with a DBS Certificate requirements.
- Previous experience is essential.
- Full category B driving licence with no more than 6 points for minor offences.
